Items are shipped in order of placement or production availability,

If you think your item has been lost in shipping please Contact me with your order number.

When purchasing more than one item at a time my carriers shipping calculator will charge you shipping per individual item, Most of the time when purchasing some smaller items the shipping cost is the same and is unaffected by this. Only If you purchase more than one item at a single transaction and believe the shipping charge is incorrect please Contact me with your order number, I will correct your shipping charges and refund your overages upon request only. Requests must be made before 10 hours of the transaction in question to be considered. Refunds on shipping charges are not guaranteed for shipping overages and are at the consent of the seller only.
